Membership terms

1. Who you're contracting with

Bootstrapped is operated by Aristokrates OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, registry code 16961316, at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn. Aristokrates OÜ is the seller of record for every membership payment. Payments are processed through AgentaOS, which is operated by the same company.

2. What membership is

Membership gives you, for each month you pay for:

• A seat on the weekly group call;
• Access to the members' group and the written weekly check-in;
• Access to the library as it is published, the members' newsletter every Wednesday, and the failure log.

Those five parts are the product. Membership does not include one-to-one time with Panche, a response-time commitment from him, or any work done on your behalf.

No guarantee. Membership carries no guarantee of any commercial outcome and no refund beyond the statutory withdrawal right above and the cases listed on the refunds page.

Membership is not one-to-one consulting, an advisory or coaching engagement, or any form of financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Anything discussed on a call or in the group is opinion and experience, not professional advice.

3. Who can join

Anyone building, or about to build, a SaaS product without outside investment. You do not need a live product, a link or a customer to join, and having paying customers already does not exclude you. You join the waitlist with your name and what you are building, and before the room opens you receive the payment link, in order of the list. The only way to lose membership is section 6.

4. Payment

The first month is €9. After that it is €19 a month, or €190 a year if you choose yearly at checkout, as a subscription. You can cancel at any time from the link on your receipt — it takes one click, needs no explanation, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after you cancel. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except as set out in the refund policy.

Founding members. The first fifty people on the founding list whose first monthly or yearly payment books no later than 22 October 2026 are founding members; a founding seat passed over by a non-payment goes to the next person on the list. Each founding member is offered a hot seat on a call, booked in list order; a missed or declined slot goes to the next person and is not carried over. The first call, on 22 September 2026, is the founding call and carries no hot seats. The monthly price of €19, or €190 a year, does not increase for a founding member while the membership stays continuously active. A membership that is cancelled and later restarted is charged the price in force at that time.

Prices include any applicable VAT, which is handled by the seller of record. If you need an invoice with your company's details, ask when you pay.

Referrals. A referral counts when a person who joined through your referral link has paid for three consecutive months, with no withdrawal, refund or dispute on any of those payments. On the day your monthly charge books, let n be the number of counted referrals whose memberships are active that day; the charge is reduced by 5% of the monthly amount each of those referrals paid for their current month, summed across them (with everyone on the €19 plan, €0.95 per referral), applied as a refund after the charge books. No monthly charge is ever reduced below the floor price of €9. A referral stops counting the month its membership ends. Reductions are never paid out in cash, expire if your own membership ends, and for yearly members are applied once, against the next yearly charge, using the number of active referrals on that day.

The referred person must be a new member: a different person, a different email and a different payment method from yours. A referral where the referred membership is cancelled, refunded or disputed within its first three months, or where the same person or payment method appears behind more than one membership, earns nothing, and I may reverse credits and end memberships that I reasonably believe were arranged to farm credits. No appeal process, no drama: the credit is a thank-you, not a currency.

Prices may change for new members. If they do, it will be announced on this site before it takes effect, and anyone already in the room keeps the price they are paying.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

6. Your conduct in the room

The rules pinned in the room apply: show your product rather than describe it; ask with numbers; answer others with an honest "would I pay"; name one person a week; no selling to members; wins go on the board only with a receipt; and what is shared in the room stays in the room.

The confidentiality rule matters most. Members share real revenue, real prices and real failures. Republishing another member's numbers, screenshots or product details outside the room — including in public posts — ends your membership immediately and without refund of the current month.

7. Recording

Calls are recorded so that members who miss one can catch up. Recordings are shared only inside the members' group and are not published. You may keep your camera off. If you don't want to be recorded at all, say so before the call and that session won't be.

8. Ending it

You end your membership by cancelling from the link on your receipt. It takes one click, needs no notice and no explanation. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

I can end a membership for a breach of the rules in section 6, or if someone makes the room worse for other people. Where it isn't a confidentiality breach, I will refund the current month.

9. What isn't promised

No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing on this site promises that you will get a customer, make money, or reach any revenue figure. The numbers on this site describe what happened to my own companies; they are not a projection for yours.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, Aristokrates OÜ's total liability arising from your membership is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, including in the EU.

12. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and members are told in the room. Changes apply from the next month you pay for, never retroactively.
